Product Overview
The 13-16S universal intelligent BMS protection board is designed specifically for 48-60V lithium batteries and is suitable for ternary lithium, lithium manganese oxide, lithium iron phosphate, and lithium titanate battery cells. Adopting a safer high edge (positive control) driving scheme, drawing on the architecture of automotive BMS, providing multiple safety protections, effectively improving the safety of lithium battery products. Supports RS485, UART, and CAN communication to meet various communication application needs of users. In addition to the conventional communication handshake mechanism, BMS and charger can also use patented technology of "single wire self-locking wire and identification control technology" for communication handshake, reducing costs while ensuring the safety and reliability of the charging process. Optional Bluetooth module, allowing users to view and set various battery information and parameters through a mobile mini program. In addition, by selecting GPS modules, multiple precise positioning based on LBS base stations, Beidou, GPS, etc. can be achieved, supporting remote power outages and real-time monitoring of voltage, charging and discharging current, battery cells, and other data.

Operation mode conversion

precautions
1) This product supports up to 16S battery packs and can be used in series with multiple battery packs;
2) During assembly, the circuit board should not come into contact with the surface of the battery cells to avoid short circuits; Ensure that the assembly is firm and reliable;
3) The power cord and acquisition cable should not be connected incorrectly or in reverse to avoid damaging the circuit board;
4) The cables from different manufacturers are not interchangeable. Please ensure to use our company's matching cables;
5) During use, attention should be paid to anti-static, moisture-proof, waterproof, etc;
6) Please follow the design parameters and usage conditions during use, otherwise it may damage the BMS and battery pack;
If the battery pack is stored for a long time, it is recommended to charge it at least once every two months.
